It is here where you will learn about “homunculus” as it relates to the nervous system, “yoga mudra”, chakras”, “symbol of your soul”, creating resolve, unsaid things and finally, a one year from now letter to yourself. Chapter 4 describes the different classifications of yoga poses (asana) and a comprehensive section on how to approach your physical practice, including a warm-up guide. Chapter 5, the very last part of the book deals with the most common fifty-two (52) yoga poses.
